Everyone  want to use such things which make them feel comfortable or which save their time. No one have too much time in this world. For example, a computer type-writer have to write or enter a large data into computer so too much use of mouse annoy it so he want to use just keyboard instead of using mouse. So here I will tell you about using the windows in a easy way or how you can save your time by using tricks and short-cuts on your PC or laptops. 

Following are the tips & tricks and short-cuts of using windows.
1) How to open Command Prompt easily:
    If you want to open command prompt with short-cuts. So, first step you have to do is to (Hold Shift and then right click) then it will show you a below window:

 

   Then click the option "open command window here". So in few seconds it will show you the command prompt window.

2 ) Basic Short-cuts:
     Here are some basic and easy key-board short-cuts which you have to use in managing your documents, folders, files and images. So, you have to remember these short-cuts because these short-cuts used too much while using windows.

3) To see properties of any selected item :

Sometimes, we want to see properties of any folder, file and documents, so instead of using clicking mouse right click on that folder you can simply press "Alt + Enter" by your keyboard. Then it will show you the new window where you can see all properties of that folder.
4) Switch to other open Window :

While using window , you opened too much window tabs so you need to quickly move to your desired window tab. For this just press the button "Alt + Tab". It will show you thumbnail view of all your open windows so you can select here.

5 ) Zoom in-out :-

While watching any kind of image, you want to zoom in that picture so simply just press button control and plus "Ctrl & +" and to zoom out the picture or image simply enter or press control and negative sign "Ctrl & -".

6) For getting Help:

When you got some kind of problem in your pc just press buttons " + F1" from your key-board.

7) Minimize all the open window tabs:

When you opened a lot of tabs and suddenly you want to see your desktop so instead of minimizing all your open tabs step by step just enter buttons  "  + M" and all your open tabs minimized. But for minimizing all window tabs except current one, press " + Home" and again press to reverse.

8) Most usable short-cuts used in Microsoft office:

Here I am going to tell you about the most using things in Microsoft Office almost in all versions 2007,2009,2008 and 2013. So to use such things here are almost all short-cuts which are available in Microsoft Office.

9) To open Task Manager:

When you want to terminate any program or game forcefully so you can do it simply go to task manager and you can go to task manager without using mouse, simply press or enter "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" .

10) To lock screen :

If you suddenly want to lock your laptop means you want to switch to another account or want to go to login screen, here's a simple short-cut just press buttons "  + L". your screen will be locked and it showed you the login page or it show you other user accounts of your PC.

 11) To open Run window  :-

If you want to open a command prompt simple press buttons "  + R ". 

12)  To connect to projector:-

You want to connect or connect to projector, just press buttons "  + P"

13 ) To go to a my computer:-

By simply press buttons like "  + E", you can go to my computer.

11 ) To  Show/ hide desktop:-

 To show or hide your desktop means you want to minimize all your open folders or tabs or you want to see your open tabs, simply press button "" + D" .

14) To maximize, minimize, move current window or tab to left and move current window to right :

• To maximize window, press "" + Up-arrow" 
• To minimize window, press "" + down-arrow"
• To move current window left, press "" + Left-arrow"
• To move current  window right, press "" + Right-arrow"

15) Short-cuts for image viewer:

• Press "Left-arrow" to move to the previous image and press "right-arrow" to move to the next image.
• Press "Ctrl and +" to rotate photo clockwise or counter-clockwise.
• Press "Ctrl + 0 " to make image fit to window.
• Press "Delete" to  delete photo but image not deleted permanently so to delete any image permanently simply press "Shift + Delete".
• Press "Alt + Enter" to see properties of image.
• Press "Alt + o" to open current photo or image with other applications.
• Press "Alt + e " or " Alt +s" to email your photo to your friends or relatives.

16) To invert colour:

Press "Ctrl + Alt + I" to invert the colour.

17) To Create new folder:

Press "Ctrl + Shift + n " to create new folder.

18) Other important shortcuts :-

• Press "Tab" to move between links.
• Press "Alt + c" to see the content table.
• Press "F 10 "to display menu options.
• Press "F 3" to move the cursor to search box and press "Tab" to leave.
• Press " + Tab" to launch 3 D representation of open windows.
• Press "Esc" to exit magnifier views.
• Press "Alt + P" to display or hide preview pane.
• Press "Shift + Up-Arrow + Down-Arrow" to select multiple adjacent items.
