Huawei announces Ascend Mate7, metal Ascend G7 and sapphire-screened Ascend P7 With Specs and Release Dates

Huawei announces three devices with specifications. We are going to discuss features of each device in this article. 

       Starting with Huawei Ascend Mate7. It is featured with

·         Display: 6-inch 1920x1080 display

·         Rear Camera: 13-megapixel rear camera.

·         Front Camera: 5-megapixel front camera.

·         Battery: 4100mAh battery.

·       Processor: Huawei Kirin 925 processor with four 1.8GHz cores and four 1.3GHz cores.

·        Ram: 2GB RAM or 3GB.

·       Price: €499 ($646 USD) for 2GB model, €599 ($775 USD) for 3GB model

     Release date is not confirmed but it is being said it will be launched in Q3 of this year

Here are features of Huawei Ascend G7

·         Design: Metallic unibody design.

·         Display: 5.5-inch 1280x720 display.

·         Processor: 1.2GHz quad-core processor.

·         Rear Camera: 13-megapixel rear camera.

·         Front Camera: 5-megapixel front camera.

·         Battery: 3000mAh battery.

·         Price: €299 ($387 USD)
       Release date is set in September 2014.

       Huawei Ascend P7 Sapphire Edition

·         Display: 5-inch 1920x1080 display with scratch-resistant sapphire glass screen.

·         Rear Camera: 13-megapixel rear camera.

·         Front Camera: 8-megapixel front camera.

·         Processor: 1.8GHz quad-core processor.

·         Ram: 2GB of RAM.

·         Storage: 16GB storage with microSD card slot.

·         Battery: 2500mAh battery.

Release date in China is set in Q3 2014.

Ascend Mate7 looks like a pretty high-end handset and it size may be is too much big for some users. The other two sets are quite different in body and design one of made of metal that is Ascend G7 and then jumped on the emerging sapphire bandwagon with its special edition Ascend P7.
